Yes, it’s true. My booth-mate had nothing to sell so they weren’t interested in going and kept ranting about the ‘oncoming storm’ that still hasn’t shown it face by 10:30, and I couldn’t man the booth on my own…so I’m not going. I’m as disappointed as you are since it would have been great to see so many people at the Festival.
I have done outdoor festivals before, just not under the threat of a potential rain storm. Maybe next year.
My next appearance will be November 14th at the Bradner Craft Fair. Come one, come all!
It’s on like Donkey Kong again for this year’s Bradner Hall Craft Fair. Held at 5305 Bradner Rd, Abbotsford, BC from 10am to 3pm. I will be there with my glass goodies, warm wear, and handmade beeswax candles, ready to get YOU ready for Christmas!

You bet! Rain or shine, we’ll be at the Cranberry Festival at 9025 Glover Road. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it will be sunny (and maybe even a bit warm still!). I will be selling my glass goodies, cozy crochet/knit wear, and handmade candles. Come one, come all!
Cash is king, but I also accept credit cards via Square.
Hope to see you all there,
I will be peddling my glassy goods at the Fort Langley Farmers Market this coming Saturday, August 1st from 10:00-3:00. Please feel free to stop by to check out my sparkling creations at 9025 Glover Road.
Good day to all!
I’ll be selling my handmade beads at the Bradner Church Craft Fair today from 10am-3pm. The Bradner Presbyterian Church is just north of 52nd avenue and Bradner Road in Abbotsford.
Hope to see you there,
The lady who doesn’t update her website enough
This past year really kicked my butt. Well, mine and the other 41 000 teachers in this province. I spent the last year working with 28 students in a school filled with wonderful, caring, crazy teachers that made me feel right at home. Once the strike ramped up and I was told summer session was cancelled (I was signed up to teach grade four/five math), I realized…I finally had some free time.
This was terrifying. No plans. No structure.
I spent a lot of time at the farm, helping my mother picking and sorting blueberries, blackberries, mulberries, and the seemingly endless de-stemming of choke cherries. I dare say I ate more berries than my tummy was happy with some days.
Once I satiated myself with berries, I realized that I could once again pick up the mandrels where I left off all those months ago before life got too hectic.
Yup – it’s that time of year again. Time for the annual Bradner Craft Fair. It will be held at the Bradner Presbyterian Church north of 52nd Avenue just inside the Abbotsford border. Tomorrow, November 2nd (Saturday) from 10am until 3pm. Come one, come all!
